As most of our customers know, our training expertise falls something short of: "Ride...a lot. Eat...a lot."

Worse yet is our commitment to training. It's not our fault though. We get busy at the shop and the next thing you know we haven't ridden in 3 days.

For real pro-level training advice (and to get in a shameless plug for our favorite club) we refer you to the St. Paul Bicycle Racing Club. They know what they're doing when it comes to this training thing. And they've got a whole slug of excellent master's class coaches and fresh-back-from-European-racing young guys that know more than just, "Ride...a lot. Eat...a lot."
